Purchase Georgia O'Keeffe PrintsFind your own Painting Color and Style

Are you an aspiring artist? Have you ever wanted to display your artwork on something other than the refrigerator in the kitchen? Well, look no further because now you can paint your own inspirational O'Keeffe flowers and show what you can do. Here you will find two different Georgia O'Keeffe pictures that you can print and color yourself.

O'Keeffe's early style of painting was called Precisionism and her later works were of the Modernist style. As she said, "you paint from your subject, not what you see..." And not many people saw what she saw in the flowers she depicted. She was able to see their inner beauty and not just the outside petals or stems visible to the naked eye. She used waves of brush strokes to create an integration of colors to produce the flower's natural feel. She used deep, yet subtle colors to paint nature's beauty. While other artists normally painted flowers small and delicately, she took the flower and magnified it to emphasize beyond the surface.
